BRAINWAVES

BRAINWAVES
Brainwaves are frequencies recorded through the Mind Mirror EEG scans. Mind Mirror EEG is a small portable scanner that pioneered the discovery of the brain and its relation to subjective states of the mind.
The brain is divided into right and left hemispheres. Right hemisphere is linked to creative and intuitive activities, whereas, the left hemisphere is related to logical thinking. In the Mind Mirror EEG, however, is quite symmetrical in most people. Both hemispheres are very well connected and active.  The brain waves are recorded and named according to their frequencies from top (38 Hz) to bottom (0.5 Hz). The strength of the signal (amplitude) is determined in how far from the middle the curve reaches outward.
Gamma brainwaves (100 - 38 Hz) were detected later than the other brainwaves. They have been seen in states of peak performance (both physical and mental), high focus and concentration and during mystic and transcendental experiences. A lot of research is currently being done on gamma brainwaves during meditation. One of the characteristics of gamma waves is a synchronization of activity over wide areas of the brain.
Gamma brainwaves are not easy to detect because of their low amplitude and can only partly be displayed on the Mind Mirror screen.
Beta Waves (38-15 Hz, are brainwaves of our normal waking consciousness and analytical thinking. Beta waves are linked to clear, alert to the point thinking. High frequency Beta waves are linked to restlessness, stress, anxiety, and panic, .
Alpha Brainwaves (14-8 Hz) The much lower frequencies of the Alpha waves are seen in more relaxed states like daydreaming, Visualizing. They form a bridge between the higher frquncies of Beta and the lower frequencies of the Theta states.
Theta Brainwaves (7-4 Hz) are seen during rem sleep, meditation and deep relaxation. In theta state we find the suppressed parts of our psyche and spirituality. Theta images are more profound and meaningful, but they need to be bridged by Beta and Alpha waves to be understood by the conscious mind.
Delta Brainwaves (3-0.5 Hz) Delta waves are the lowest frequency and represent the unconscious mind. They are noticed in deep dreamless sleep. They are also seen in other states like intuition. Delta waves are seen with people in therapeutic environments or professions, and people who after traumatic experiences have developed extraordinary The 12 organs are:
